DoozyAI Terms of Service ​

1. Acceptance of Terms ​

By accessing or using any services provided by DoozyAI, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access or use our Services.

2. User Responsibilities ​

  • You must be at least 13 years old to use our Services.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Discord account.
  • You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes.
  • You must not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Services.

3. Intellectual Property ​

The Services and their original content are owned by DoozyAI and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

4. Limitation of Liability ​

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, DoozyAI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Services.

5. Changes to Terms ​

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms of Service at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.

6. User-Generated Content ​

You retain full ownership of any content you upload, submit, or create on DoozyAI (“User Content”). By submitting User Content, you grant DoozyAI a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, host, and display it solely to operate and provide the Services to you.

Your User Content will not be used to train or improve any AI or machine learning models, or for any purpose unrelated to providing the Services.

7. Refund Policy ​

  • Purchases of DoozyAI services are refundable within 14 days of the original purchase.
  • For membership plans, a refund is available only if you have used less than 1,000,000 Compute Units during the 14-day period.
  • Users who have received a refund in the past 30 days are not eligible for another refund.
  • To request a refund, contact our support team at DoozyAI Discord Server within 14 days of purchase.
  • Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method and may take up to 10 business days to appear in your account.

8. Governing Law ​

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable in your jurisdiction, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

9. Dispute Resolution ​

Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms of Service shall first be attempted to be resolved informally by contacting us at DoozyAI Discord Server. If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes shall be resolved in accordance with applicable local laws.

10. Severability ​

If any provision of these Terms of Service is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
